This policy explains what personal information Certai ("we", "us") collects when you contact us through our Facebook lead form or website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Certai (certai.dev) is an operations-automation agency. We build custom software that takes repetitive manual work off small teams. Contact: ehtasham7899@gmail.com
When you fill in our Facebook lead form, we receive your full name, email address and phone number, what your business does, which manual work takes your team the most time, and how many people are on your team. We do not ask for payment details, passwords or any sensitive personal information.
We use this information only to contact you to book the free 20-minute automation review you asked for, and to prepare for that call and follow up about it. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list without your permission.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we process your information because you asked us to contact you (steps taken at your request before any agreement) and, for follow-up about your request, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We share your information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as Meta (which operates the lead form), and the email, calendar and storage tools we use to contact you and keep records. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and Pakistan, where we are based. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
We keep your information for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as we work together and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. To do any of these, email us at ehtasham7899@gmail.com. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
